Christmas is still lingering out here in Madrid. Between our snow flurries (yay snow!!) and cashing in on one of my Christmas presents, a night at the Teatro Real to see and Opera, I am definitely milking the Holiday Season for all it's worth! While I am not sure how I truly feel about Opera at this point The Perfect American, based on the life and work of Walt Disney, was a wonderful experience! I got to get dressed up, I understood every word...because it was in English, and we ended the night at our favorite Italian restaurant. It might not have been the most "Spanish" thing I have done in Madrid, but it was the first time I had been inside the Teatro Real, and its part of the "Living in a Big City" experience!
